Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with asingshop.com. To keep track of your order, contact service@asingshop.com, so we can provide you the order’s tracking number.
Shipping Areas
We are pleased to offer worldwide free shipping on all orders. Delivery times generally range from 8 to 10 days; however, the precise duration may vary depending on the specific region.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Our warehouse only operates on Monday-Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. Orders can not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@asingshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Return Policy
30-day money-back policy
We offer a 30-day hassle-free money-back guarantee, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. This only applies to products purchased directly from asing.com. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@asingshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method ( E.g. credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods) within a certain amount of days. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
12-month Standard Warranty
Generally, all ASiNG products purchased directly from asing.com have a full 12-month warranty from the receipt of the original order. If our product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us and let us know what we can do to help you. To claim your 12-month warranty, contact us with your order number and a brief description of claim via service@asingshop.com. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
