Q1: What should I do for first time use the product?

A1: For first time use, please check if the pairing is normal.

Q2: How to pair the microphone and the receiver?

A2: Pairing steps: 1) turn on the sender part and long-press the Mute button until the indicator light flash quickly. 2) turn on the receiver. When the indicator lights of the sender and receiver both stay on, the pairing is successfully.

Note: the pairing is done when in factory. Just turn on the sender and the receiver, they will automatically connect.

Q3: How to check is it fully charged?

A3: When the indicator light turns from red to blue, it means it is fully charged.

Q4: Does this product have voice amplification function?

A4: Please note that the microphone doesn't have a voice amplification function. To use the microphone, a amplifying equipment is needed.
