Product FAQs

Q1. What devices does the A9 support?

A1: The A81 supports desktop computers, laptops, all-in-one PCs and other devices as long as they are operated by Windows or Mac OS systems.

Q2: Need to download and install the software for a MAC OS?

A2: For MAC OS, no software is needed to downloaded. Just 3 steps for using the Mode 2 functions: double-click the program, drag the ASiNG mini-client to the Application files, double-clcik to run the ASiNG mini-client.

Q3: Can use the digital laser and the physical laser at the same time?

A3: No, but you can easily switch to use them by clicking the laser button.

Q4: The laser works on LCD/TV screens?

A4: Yes, A9 has digital laser which is designed for LCD/LED screens, and it works with all-in-one PCs, TVs, Smart Whiteboard, projection screens, etc.

Q5: Do the laser spotlights show up clearly on the screen?

A5: Yes, A9 comes with digital laser which is designed for various screens including LCD screens, smartboards, and its color and spot size can be adjusted in the ASiNG program. Color, size and light spot transparency can be adjuste in the ASiNG program.

Q6: Time is not displayed/inaccurate time.

A6: Make sure that the presenter is switched on, and flip it around to display the time. If the time is inaccurate, plug the USB receiver in a copmputer, and open the ASiNG program, then it will automatically calibrate the time.

Q7: Can not use the Magnifier/Spotlight/Digital Laser functions.

A7: Please check if the ASiNG mini-client is running. Note: the icon color is red while it's running successfully.

Q8: No responding of presenter after a long time of unuse.

Steps: 1) turn off the presenter; 2) long-press the Down button and then turn it on, and the blue & red light will flash; 3) Plug the USB receiver in a computer, the lights will be off. The paring is successful.

Q9: Air Mouse function does not follow with hand movement.

A9: It maybe mouse drift and just need a gyroscope calibration. Steps: put the presenter on a flat desk and make it stand still (no shaking). For about 3 seconds, it will automatically calibrate.
